After last year’s great success, the world market leader in food processing technologies has decided to significantly increase its investment in digital and interactive tools.
In 2020, the three interactive applications of the previous year became a parkour of eight interactive stations.02
Independent discovery and moderated product presentations of machines, services, and new digital products were thus guaranteed. From the conversation starter to the consulting tool, interactive applications delivered profitable benefits for trade fair visitors and, of course, our customers.
End Consumer Feedback
Data-Driven Value Chains: In the future, customers will be able to use their smartphones to automatically transmit the status of food products into the supply chain. We implement the prototype and make a concept tangible.

The project was designed and implemented in close consultation with the individual business units based on a detailed customer journey.
As an agency, it is also our task to consider the different business units with their different perspectives and working cultures in the design stage. Not only in terms of content but also in a structured and systematic way.03
