3. Google Services
On our website, we use the following services of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA
Web Analysis with Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics on our website, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. We have concluded a contract with Google for order processing and fully implement the legal requirements when using Google Analytics.
We use the function “Activation of IP anonymization” on this website. In this case, your IP address will already be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area and is thereby anonymized. The full IP address is only transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there in exceptional cases.
Google Analytics uses “cookies.” These are small text files that your web browser stores on your device and enable an analysis of website usage.
Google Analytics cookies are set based on Article 6 (1) GDPR. As the operator of this website, we have a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior to optimize our website and possibly also advertising.
Cookies are used, for example, to collect information on the operating system, the browser, your IP address, the website you have previously visited (referrer URL) and the date and time of your visit to our website. The information generated in this way about the use of our website is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google will use this information to evaluate your use of our website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators, and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. If required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google, Google will also pass this information on to these third parties. This use will be anonymous or pseudonymized. You can find more detailed information about this directly at Google. You can find more information on the handling of user data at Google Analytics in the Google privacy policy: support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en
You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser. However, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can prevent Google from collecting data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by downloading and installing this browser plugin: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en

This cookie loses its validity after 30 days and is not used for your personal identification. If you visit individual pages of our website and the cookie has not expired, Google and we can recognize that you, as a user clicked on one of our ads placed on Google and were redirected to our site. The information collected by the cookies is used by Google to compile statistics for our website. These statistics tell us the total number of users who clicked on our advertisement and also which pages of our site were subsequently called up by each user. However, we or others who advertise via “Google AdWords” do not receive any information that can be used to identify users personally. You can read Google’s privacy policy in this regard here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/
You can prevent the installation of cookies by adjusting your browser settings accordingly, e.g., by changing your browser settings to generally deactivate the automatic setting of cookies or specifically to block only cookies from the domain “googleadservices.com”.
4. Facebook Services
Our pages integrate plugins from the social network Facebook, provider Facebook Inc. 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA. You can recognize the Facebook plugins by the Facebook logo or the “Like-Button” (“Like”) on our page. An overview of Facebook plugins can be found here:
http://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/. When you visit our pages, a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server is established via the plugin. Facebook thereby receives information that you have visited our site with your IP address. If you click the Facebook “Like-Button” while you are logged into your Facebook account, you can link the contents of our pages on your Facebook profile. It allows Facebook to associate your visit to our pages with your user account. We want to point out that we, as the provider of the Pages, do not know the content of the transmitted data or its use by Facebook. You can find further information on this in the Facebook privacy policy at https://www.facebook.com/policy.php. If you do not want Facebook to be able to assign visits to our pages to your Facebook user account, please log out of your Facebook user account.
5. YouTube
On fluur.de we utilize components from YouTube, LLC 901 Cherry Ave., 94066 San Bruno, CA, USA, a company of Google Inc., Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. For this purpose, we use the “extended privacy mode” option provided by YouTube.
When you visit a page with embedded video, a connection is made to the YouTube servers, and the content is displayed on the site by notifying your browser. According to YouTube, in the “enhanced privacy mode,” only data that you provide to the YouTube server, specifically which of our sites you visited when you viewed the video, will be transmitted. If you are logged in to YouTube at the same time, this information is assigned to your account. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account before visiting our website. Google provides more information about YouTube’s privacy policy here: https://policies.google.com/privacy

If you apply for a job at FLUUR, your application data will be processed electronically by us to handle the application procedure. The process is mainly electronic if you submit your application documents to us electronically – for example, by e-mail.
If your application results in employment, your transmitted data may be stored by us in your personnel file for organizational and administrative processes in compliance with the relevant legal provisions. If your application is unsuccessful, the data you have submitted will be deleted two months after notification of rejection.
This does not apply if more extended storage is necessary due to legal requirements (e.g., the duty of proof under the General Equal Treatment Act) or if you have consented to prolonged storage.
We process your personal data only insofar as it is deemed necessary for the establishment, content, or modification of the legal relationship. Also, if a legal regulation requires us to process personal data or if you have expressly consented to this.
To safeguard other legitimate interests, we are legally permitted to process personal data, unless the benefits or fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned outweigh the data protection.
Information | You have the right to obtain information at any time about the data stored about you, including its origin, the recipients to whom the data is passed on, and the purpose of the data processing.
Correction | You have the right to request that we correct incorrect personal data concerning you without delay or complete incomplete personal data, taking into account the purposes of the processing.
Deletion | The deletion of stored personal data is carried out if you revoke your consent to the storage, if you object to the processing of your personal data, if data storage is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was stored or if storage is not permitted due to legal requirements.
Restriction of processing | If you dispute the accuracy of personal data stored about you, or if you need the personal data to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims, and at the same time we no longer need it, you can request that the processing of personal data be restricted. You can also have the processing restricted for the period from the time you file an objection to the processing until the decision to allow it. If the processing of your data is restricted, it will not be further processed.
Objection | If we process your personal data based on a legitimate interest, both on our part and that of a third party, or if the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or the exercise of official authority, you have the right to object to the processing at any time for reasons which arise from your particular situation.
In the event of an objection, we will no longer process your personal data, unless we can prove compelling reasons worthy of protection that outweigh your interests, rights, and freedoms, or require processing for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
The right to object applies in the same way to direct advertising and related profiling.
Revocation | You have the right to revoke your consent to the use of data at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
