You’ve probably got an impression of how working with us might be. Furthermore, you may also be aware of our location in Cologne between Mediapark and the Belgian Quarter.
At this point, we would like to say a few words about our working environment: We take the trust placed in us by our clients very seriously and therefore set high standards for ourselves. However, it is equally important to us that every team member feels comfortable and always sees the opportunity to unfold his or her potential. Therefore, in addition to agency standards such as a pleasant workplace, extremely friendly colleagues, and fresh fruit and drinks, you can expect the following:
More like 9-5 instead of 24/7
We don’t like deviations from regular working hours, because we believe that they are the result of suboptimal planning. That is why we have mutually agreed core working hours, which you can flexibly arrange according to the principle of trust. Also, you can work remotely or individually schedule your working hours. This way, you can effortlessly combine your (family) life outside of FLUUR with your job.
Get involved: you can make a change
We are perpetually happy to gain new perspectives and impulses. That’s why we’ll always allow you to contribute your ideas to each of our company divisions.
